LEGAL BASIS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company MANS NETWORK S.L. with address at c/Roger 47 -49 and identification number B-67414110 organizes for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

2.-START AND END DATES

The Promotion will start on 03/31/2020 and will end on 04/10/2020.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The requirements for participation are as follows:

• Participation is open to all persons residing in Spain who are over 18 years of age.
• The personal data with which participants fill in the registration form must be truthful.
• Participants may only register once for this promotion.
• The deadline for claiming a prize is seven (7) days from the date of notification by Privalia. After that time, if the winning user has not been notified, he/she will lose the right to the prize.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

Winner will be chosen on 10/04/2020 with AppSorteos. 

The winner will be awarded a side table in solid oak.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will be allowed comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.

7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason beyond our control that affects the normal development of the sweepstakes, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the same, including the participation web page.

10.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.

11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these rules.
