Samples too small

The samples arrived fairly quickly, however, the size of two of them (honey oak and natural oak) is so small that it does not allow to appreciate the difference between them, which was precisely the goal when I requested the samples. I had to write to the store and they sent me photos of a table in those shades...but a photo is not the same as a sample you see in person. Conclusion: please check the sizes of the samples they send, otherwise it's money lost.

There were three wood chips and for no apparent reason, one was larger than the others. Since it is a question of collées plates with slight variations between the morceaux that are collés, it would have been pertinent in every way that the three samples were as large as the largest of the three.

Merci pour votre remarque. In fact, it can be said that our scrap wood has slight differences in size. However, this does not alter in any way the quality or the representativeness of the wood used, but we fully understand that three equal size scales would have been more relevant, especially to better perceive the natural variations of the wood.

The photo shows 6 colors, 3 arrive.

They should specify how many samples and what colors they are going to send you (*) The tones are handwritten and the natural oak and honey are very very similar, so much so that they had to send me photos of two complete tables to be able to distinguish them.

(*) Now (after I received the samples) they specify that they send 3 of the 6 in the photo and that you can order the other 3 if you want.

The attention by wasap was very good.
