Returns and Withdrawal Policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, approving the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

PRODUCTS

The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product requested to inform Roble.Store of his desire to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal implies that Roble.Store will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (except in the case of cash on delivery)

During this period, the consumer will inform the entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out THE FORM (link here).

Roble.Store will communicate to the consumer in durable support an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal. In order to return a product, it is essential that it be in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used and / or assembled.

Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.
Any product with a delivery time greater than 72 hours is treated as a pre-order. In this case, if the customer refuses to accept the delivery or changes his opinion for any reason, except for damage or delay in delivery, Roble.store is entitled to retain 50% of the order amount.

OBSERVATIONS

No product manipulated by the customer in misuse, breakage, etc will be exchanged or paid for; otherwise, all warranty will be forfeited. In the event of a defective product, the shipping costs will be passed on to the Oak.Store. In the other cases, these will be assumed by the client. If the cancellation of the order is communicated prior to sending it, the customer will be exempt from any expense. In case of substitution of a product, this may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, although in any case an improved version or model, since the products are subject to continuous improvement. If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) in which the product is located is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will happen otherwise. Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by Roble.Storea through our courier service.

If the client wishes to desist from a merchandise that he has already received, he must pay all the costs of the return. The refund will be made within 20 business days after receiving the returned product in the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO VERIFY THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED BEFORE TO SIGN THE PROOF OF DELIVERY. Ayes We can claim the shipping insurance and send you a new piece of furniture or refund the purchase, you decide. If you signed the proof of delivery and declared that the products have been delivered in good condition and then make a claim for the delivery of the damaged or broken products, we will not be able to claim insurance and accept the damaged or broken products for replacement or refund.

The client has a period of 48 hours from receipt of the order, to complete the return form. If the damages are not communicated within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.
