Return and Withdrawal Policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user shall have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

1.Right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)

In accordance with articles 102 and following of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made remotely without having to justify their decision and without penalty.
The deadline to exercise this right is 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by him (other than the carrier) has received the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate unequivocally its decision to withdraw by THE FORM (link here).

2. Requirements and condition of the product to be returned

The product must be returned:
- In a state that allows its resale,
- In its original packaging and all its components (hardware, tools, accessories, instructions, protections),
- Without damage resulting from improper handling.
The customer may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to assess its characteristics, nature or functioning.Any use or handling beyond such verification may cause a decrease in value deductible from the refund (art. 108.2 TRLGDCU).

3. Assembled products, used or without original packaging

If the product is returned:
- Assembled in whole or in part,
- Used beyond a minimum check, or
- Without its original packaging,
the company may apply a reasonable and proportionate reduction of the refund for the decrease in value caused, always in accordance with Article 108.2 TRLGDCU.
This reduction will be calculated according to:
- The condition of the product,
- The costs of reconditioning, disassembly and repackaging,
- The possible commercial depreciation of the article.

4. Assembly services
If the customer requests the assembly service at the time of delivery:
- This service is not part of the right of withdrawal,
- It will not be refunded once fully executed, according to articles 103.a and 108 TRLGDCU,
- The company will not charge any service that has not been requested voluntarily by the customer.

5. Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for in Article 103 TRLGDCU, including:
- Personalized products or products made according to customer specifications,
- Articles that, for reasons of hygiene or health, cannot be returned once unsealed,
- Services completely executed with prior consent of the customer,
- Other cases provided by law.

6. Return shipping policy

6.1 Organization of return transport

In case of return or withdrawal, the customer will be responsible for arranging the transport and shipment of the product to our facilities, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer may choose any logistics company that guarantees the proper transport of the item.

6.2 Return transport costs

According to article 108.1 TRLGDCU, unless otherwise stated:
- The direct costs of the return shall be borne by the customer.
This includes:
- Shipping costs,
- Collection costs,
- Packaging,
- Any additional services related to transport.

6.3 Optional pick-up service provided by the company

The company may offer an optional home pick-up service through its partner transport agency.
If the customer requests this service:
- The exact cost will be informed in writing before contracting it,
- The cost may be deducted from the refund or paid in advance,
- The pick-up will be scheduled according to logistical availability.
This service does not constitute a legal obligation for the company.

6.4 Packaging requirements

The customer must pack the product correctly to avoid damage during transport:
- In its original packaging, or
- In equally safe and protective alternative packaging.
Damage caused by insufficient packaging may result in an additional reduction of the refund.

6.5 Shipment testing

The customer must keep:
- Proof of shipment,
- Tracking number,
- Any additional documentation.
The company may withhold the refund until the product is received or until the customer provides valid proof of shipment (art. 107 TRLGDCU).

6.6 Checking the condition of the product at reception

Upon receiving the return, the company will verify:
- Physical condition of the item,
- Presence or absence of original packaging,
- Obvious use or assembly,
- Damage, marks, missing parts or wear.
If there is improper handling, the company will apply a proportional deduction for decrease in value, in accordance with the law.

7. Refund of the amount

Once all of the above requirements have been met:
Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days,
Using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed,
The following may be deducted:
- Optional collection costs,
- Decrease in value due to use, assembly or damage,
- Missing components or packaging when this reduces the value of the good.
