Return and Withdrawal Policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the text referred to the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.


The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product ordered to inform Roble.Store about his desire to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal implies that Roble.Store will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (except in case of cash on delivery)

During this period, the consumer will communicate to the employer its decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form (link here).

Roble.Store will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal. To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used and / or assembled.

Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to tell you the details of the return. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Any product with a delivery time of more than 72 hours is treated as a pre-order. In this case, if the customer refuses to accept delivery or changes his mind for any reason, except for damage or delay in delivery, is entitled to retain 50% of the order amount.


No product tampered with by the customer in misuse, breakage, etc. will be exchanged or credited; otherwise, any warranty will be forfeited. In case of defective product, the shipping costs will be borne by Roble.Store. In other cases, these will be borne by the customer. If the cancellation of the order is communicated prior to shipment of the same, the customer will be exempted from any cost. In case of replacement of a product, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, but in any case an improved version or model, since the products are subject to continuous improvement. In the event that the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) in which the product is found, is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will occur in the opposite case. Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by Roble.Storea through our courier service.

If the customer wishes to cancel a product that has already been received, you must pay all the costs of the return. The refund will be made within 20 working days after having received the returned product in the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same method of payment used for the purchase.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK THE DELIVERED PRODUCTS BEFORE SIGNING THE PROOF OF DELIVERY.. This way we can claim the insurance of the shipment and send you a new piece of furniture or refund the purchase, it is up to you. If you signed the proof of delivery and stated that the products have been delivered in good condition and then make a claim for delivery of damaged or broken products, we will not be able to claim the insurance and accept the damaged or broken products for replacement or refund.

The customer has 48 hours from the reception of the order to fill in the return form. the return form. If the damage is not reported within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.
