How to care for solid oak furniture

Environmentally friendly and easy to clean with a soft or slightly damp cloth. Avoid contact with aggressive chemicals. Do not use water to clean furniture.

Before using the tables, we recommend applying colorless wood wax to the worktop, which forms a thin layer of protection against liquid absorption. The number of wax applications will depend on the use. All other furniture 1-2 times a year should be treated with tung oil to protect and moisturize the wood.

But if the table was affected by liquids, there is still a way to recover it easily and quickly.

You will need:

1) A dry piece of cloth

2) Abrasive sponge or sandpaper

3) Tung oil

Sand a little surface, remove dust, apply oil removing the excess with a cloth after 20 minutes. Several coats can be applied with a drying time between 3 and 24 hours.

The application is simple and the penetration into the wood is excellent, being its color.
