Terms of delivery

Dear customers,

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, the longer delivery time will apply to the entire order, as they ship the entire order at once. If you wish to receive items as they become available, you must place separate orders. In that case, separate shipping charges will apply to each order.

All shipments can be tracked online via DB Schenker/DSV tracking or via the link sent to customers by METHOD Logistic. We collaborate with different transport companies, choosing the most suitable option for each case. The tracking link is sent if the product is available in stock. Otherwise, tracking information will be provided once the product has been received at our warehouse and shipped.

Delivery time in mainland Spain is, on average, 4 to 10 working days. The delivery date can be verified through the online tracking system. Depending on the carrier, prior notification of delivery can be received by email, SMS or phone call.

But we know that anything can happen during delivery of your order, and if you receive it in a damaged or broken box, you must declare this on the delivery note of the METHOD or DB Schenker/DSV carrier. You can also take some photos and refuse the shipment. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK THE BOXES DELIVERED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY NOTE. If you see that the packaging has been damaged, indicate "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the delivery note. Then, if you open the box and see that the furniture is broken or damaged, take photos in accordance with THIS GUIDE. You can also refuse delivery if you notice substantial damage to the boxes. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping insurance company and send you new furniture or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer. If you signed the delivery note and declared that the products were delivered in good condition and then make a claim for the delivery of damaged or broken products, we will not be able to claim on the insurance and accept the damaged or broken products for replacement or refund.
The customer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to complete the return form. If the damage is not reported within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.
For deliveries within Catalonia, we collaborate with Mudanzatransit.es. This company has proven to be a reliable partner with a special focus on the delivery of wooden furniture. In most cases, deliveries are made through this company.
Our shipping costs for mainland Spain are as follows - HOME DELIVERY:
Furniture from 5 to 24 kg: freedelivery
from 25 to 39 kg: 30 EUR
from 40 to 69 kg: 50 EUR
70 kg and above: 90 EUR
Some products may have a shipping rate of 0 EUR during promotional activities
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, Cruz de Tenerife - A PIE DE LA CALLE:
from 5 to 39 kg: 100 EUR
from 40 to 69 kg: 200 EUR
from 70 to 200 kg: 300 EUR
Please contact us for a personalized quote if the shipment to these areas exceeds 200 kg.
All shipments to European Union countries are carried out by the transport companies DB Schenker and UPS. Delivery within the EU takes between 7 and 14 business days.
