All shipments in mainland Spain are delivered by the company METHOD Logístic to your home.
All shipments in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and other EU countries are delivered by DB Schenker / Guillen to the street.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, the longer delivery time will apply to the entire order, as they ship the entire order at once. If you wish to receive items as they become available, you must place separate orders. In that case, separate shipping charges will apply to each order.
All shipments are trackable online at DB Schenker tracking or on the link sent to customers by METHOD Logistics. You normally receive the tracking number within 48 hours after placing an order on the website. Delivery for mainland Spain takes 4 to 7 working days after receiving the tracking number. The carrier will contact you beforehand to agree on a delivery date. For this purpose we transmit to the carrier the phone number you have given in your order.
But we know that anything can happen during the delivery of your order and if you receive it in a damaged or broken box, it is mandatory to declare it on the delivery note of the METHOD or DB Schenker carrier, you can also take some photos and refuse the shipment. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK THE DELIVERED BOXES BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY NOTE. If you see that the packaging has been damaged, indicate "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the delivery note. Then, if you open the box and see that the furniture is broken or damaged, take photos in accordance with THIS GUIDE. You can also refuse delivery if you see substantial damage to the boxes. Then we can claim to the shipping insurance and we will either send you a new piece of furniture or refund your purchase, your choice. If you signed the delivery note and stated that the products have been delivered in good condition and then make a claim for delivery of damaged or broken products, we will not be able to claim the insurance and accept the damaged or broken products for replacement or refund.
The customer has 48 hours from the reception of the order to fill in the return form. If the damage is not reported within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.
For deliveries within Barcelona we collaborate with "Mudanzatransit.es".. This company has proven to be a reliable partner with a special focus on the delivery of wooden furniture.

Furniture from 5 to 24 kg: free delivery
from 25 to 39 kg: 30 EUR
from 40 to 69 kg: 50 EUR
from 70 and more: 90 EUR
Some products may have a shipping fee of 0 EUR during promotional activities
Shipping to Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, Cruz de Tenerife - STREET:
from 5 to 39 kg: 100 EUR
from 40 to 69 kg: 200 EUR
from 70 to 200 kg: 300 EUR
Please contact us for a custom quote if shipping to these areas exceeds 200 kg.
All shipments to countries within the European Union are carried out by DB Schenker. Delivery within the EU takes 7 to 14 working days.
