We are sorry to hear that the quality of the furniture and finishes did not meet your expectations, as well as the fact that the furniture arrived with a missing front. We would like to point out that the chest of drawers is made entirely of solid oak wood - a natural material that requires proper care. Sometimes, after packaging and transport, the protective oil may have been absorbed and the surface may appear a little dry. In these cases, just wipe the furniture with a little special oil to restore its original appearance. We will be happy to send you a free maintenance kit.
Regarding the delivery, we apologize for the delay and lack of information. Unfortunately, the delivery is made throughout the day and not all regions have their own delivery service, a fact that forces us to work with external transport companies, which can affect both the terms and the communication.
For any questions we are at your disposal and happy to help you. At the moment we have not received any pictures of the problem to our email. If you can send them to us, we will do our best to find a solution as soon as possible.
