At first, I was hesitant to order the table because it was being shipped from Spain. However, the table was shipped within just a few days, and I received quick and reliable delivery updates from the logistics provider via Dachser. The delivery person even carried the table all the way into my apartment (ground floor). Although the delivery was two hours later than the specified time window, it was otherwise very reliable and prompt. The table itself is exactly as pictured—beautiful wood, elegant, and very well-packaged, so there was no visible damage. Since the folding mechanism is already permanently attached, assembly is absolutely simple and quick. Only the four legs need to be secured with two screws each, and then everything is extremely stable—as a young woman, I was able to finish assembling it on my own in 10 minutes. The extension mechanism also works smoothly and is self-explanatory. Additionally, a care oil was included, which was very helpful because the table is delivered untreated and would therefore develop water stains immediately without oil. I oiled the table in two coats and hope it is well protected now. I’ve only been using it for one week so far, but I’m very satisfied and would order it again.

I bought a table and chairs from Roble.Store based, among other things, on the "5 to 8 weeks" delivery time listed on their website. The reality turned out to be very different: it took exactly 5 months for the entire order to arrive at my home. That’s an unacceptable delay.

To their credit, I have to say that customer service really stepped up. Their email communication was quite prompt when it came to answering my questions and updating me on the actual status of the shipment when I pressed them for answers (after they stopped sending automated emails). Once the furniture finally arrived, it met my expectations.

The problem, aside from the massive delay, is how they’re handling it. After filing a complaint, we agreed on a 10% discount as “compensation” for all the inconvenience and months of waiting (a refund which, to be fair, they have honored and paid). However, I find this to be a rather poor and disappointing business gesture, considering that that same 10% discount is what they were offering to the general public during their January sales. A delay of this magnitude deserved real compensation for the breach of contract, not a generic seasonal discount.

In short: The furniture is good and they respond to emails quickly, but their delivery times are out of this world. If you’re in absolutely no hurry and don’t mind if your order takes half a year to arrive, you can shop here. If you need the furniture by the time they promise, you’re better off looking elsewhere.
